How to make a reservation?
There are many ways to make a reservation. You can send us an email, you can engage with our customer service representatives via live chat, and you can also make a reservation via our ‘RESERVE NOW’ tab of this website. Either way, after a successful reservation, you will be able to receive an email with your reservation code. This is what you are going to present to our staff when you get to the dining place. Take note that you need to arrive at the designated time for you. Otherwise, your reservation will be forfeited to those on the waitlist.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver in selected areas only in New York. You can check out the places we cover at the ‘ONLINE DELIVERY’ tab of this website. Just in case you don’t see there the name of your place, it just means that we do not have yet the facility to deliver at your place. But rest assured that we are already working hard to remedy this. Just stay tuned for our newly improved services. We are going to announce it soon.
